    • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
    2. Shipping Costs & Methods
    We offer flat-rate shipping of $10, or free shipping on orders over $200.Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Estimated delivery time:  2-8 business days within Australia. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
    4. Shipping Restrictions & PO Boxes
    We do ship to PO Boxes.
    .5. Order Tracking
    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
    6. Lost or Damaged Packages
    If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@bagforbabes.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. If the package is lost, please contact us to initiate an investigation with the carrier.
